from 60% when she took office at the beginning of 2009, to just 30%, ratingher at fourth from the bottom compared to governors of other states. In February, she went on vacation. In March, she pushed for increasing taxes on cigarettes and alcohol. In April, she raided state funds and ordered pay cuts for state workers. In June, she pushed for more tax increases.
